We adhere to Malaysian building and safety standards applicable to HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and structural works, and coordinate with local authorities and consultants where required. Our site practices include toolbox briefings, PPE enforcement, lockout/tagout for electrical work, hot-work permits for welding, and safe lifting plans for heavy equipment. Method statements and risk assessments are prepared for critical tasks. Public liability and contractor’s all-risk insurance can be arranged upon request.
Quality controls: material verification, pressure/leak tests, insulation integrity checks, airflow and temperature performance verification, and as-built documentation with O&M handover.

We specify materials and methods proven for hot, humid environments: GI and stainless ducting with proper gauge and bracing; PIR/PU panels with high R-value and sealed joints; copper piping with correct wall thickness; UV- and heat-resistant insulation and vapour barriers; corrosion-resistant fasteners; and NEMA/IP-rated enclosures for security systems. We standardize on food-safe sealants for coldrooms and balanced airflow with adequate returns for HVAC.
