'No Cold, No Pay' — Coldroom Performance Guarantee

Applies to: New-build or full-refurb coldrooms supplied and commissioned by Micho Construction & Tech.

Performance criteria:

Achieve target setpoint (e.g., +2°C chiller / −18°C freezer) within agreed pull‑down time.
Hold setpoint continuously for 24 hours under design load.

Commissioning steps:

Design sign‑off (load calc, insulation spec, door schedule, equipment sizing).
Power quality check and start‑up verification.
Witness test with data logging.

Exclusions:

Door left open, overloading beyond design, or hot‑load shocks.
Poor power quality, site downtime, or third‑party alterations.
Ambient conditions outside agreed design envelope.

Remediation pathway: If criteria are not met due to our supply/commissioning, we rectify at our cost. If unresolved after remediation steps, you don’t pay the final performance‑linked balance.

Ducting/HVAC Performance Assurance

We assure airflow and temperature delivery to the agreed design, subject to site conditions and power quality.

What this means:

Airflow rates at critical terminals within design tolerance at handover.
Temperature delivery in conditioned zones as per design when the building is in normal operating mode.
Balancing report and commissioning sheets provided at completion.

Not a promise of absolute comfort under off‑design usage (doors/windows open, occupancy spikes), but a commitment to rectify our installation defects promptly.

45-Day Workmanship Warranty

Coverage: Workmanship defects on installations completed by us.

Start date: Handover/commissioning date.

Included:

Rework or repair of installation defects attributable to our workmanship.
One site visit for diagnosis and corrective action.

Excluded:

Manufacturer defects (covered by OEM), misuse, third‑party damage, power issues.
Consumables and routine maintenance.
